Kilton Webb (HD-98): Mark has been a tremendous advocate for working people in Maine. When Mark sees a problem, no matter how big or small, he looks to solve it.  That is the Driver behind his nearly 25-year-long career at the Portsmouth Shipyard, where Mark began his career as a Production Machinery Mechanic, all the way up to President of the Portsmouth Metal Trades Council.   At the yard, Mark Doesn’t see Democrats or Republicans.  He sees working-class people that he must fight for.  Mark will bring that energy and fight to Augusta.
